The location of the hotel is ideal as it provides an authentic Turkish experience with local shops, restaurants, and markets nearby. the rooms are well-maintained and clean, with fresh towels and amenities provided. the staff, particularly Mohamed, is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.
The communication barrier with some staff members who don't speak English fluently can be a challenge for non-Turkish speakers.

Amazing, friendly staff helped with insect bite when I first stayed here. Perfect place with Off-site car park, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, Laundry, Flat-screen TV. Always coming back for holiday.

Palvan Hotel in Antalya was very good. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with nice-smelling bedsheets and towels. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with our needs. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The cleanliness of the rooms was unbelievable, with fresh-smelling bedsheets and towels provided. The location was super convenient, with a bus stop just 2 minutes away, a mini-market right next door, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even lending us a wine opener and always having a positive attitude. We also loved how the apartments allowed us to experience the authentic Turkish culture and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. it was an amazing experience!
